Sundays

Instructor: Chelsea@misschelsitat

Class: Zumba

In Person: 1:00pm 

Location: Centennial Park – 256 Centennial Park Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9C 5N3

Equipment: A mat, water  

Duration: 60 minutes 

This class is a dance fitness to a mix of rhythms including soca, dancehall, afrobeats, reggaeton, salsa and funk. This class also incorporates 10 minutes of mat work and abs at the end.

Mondays

Class: Sultry Sculpt

In Person: 12:00pm

Location: Blue Oak Park – 11 Sugarpine Ct, Brampton, ON L6R 1X6

EquipmentA mat, resistance band with handle, 360 resistance band (loop), a sturdy armless chair

Duration: 60 minutes 

Enjoy 30 minutes of dance fitness followed by 30 minutes of boot camp. During dance fitness, we’ll be dancing to confidence building routines that allow us to feel our sexiest. During boot camp, we’ll be going through a full body workout with sculpting emphasis on different targeted muscle groups each class.

Class: Bootcamp: Upper Body

Virtual: 6:30pm via Zoom

Equipment: A mat, water, dumbbells

Duration: 60 minutes

This workout is exclusively designed to target the muscles in the shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, upper back & core. In this strength and conditioning training class, you will build progression and improve both muscle force production (strength) and the rate of force production (power). As you focus on form and technique, a variety of dumbbells (light, medium, heavy), and a mat will be needed for this class.

Class: Boot Camp

In Person: 8:00am

Location: Cruickshank Park – 2196 Weston Road, North York, ON M9N 1Y1

Equipment: A mat, water  

Duration: 60 minutes 

This interval training class is focused on workouts designed to recruit full body movements. You will focus on building lean muscle mass from exercises that not only burn calories, but build, sculpt and shape. Exercises will involve the utilization of resistance band(s), dumbbells, agility ladder, kettlebells and skipping ropes. Be prepared to push your body through a series of new challenges each class!

EquipmentMat & Resistance Bands (Optional but encouraged) 

Duration:45 minutes 

No excuses, this is a virtual 20-minute lunch workout to burn that booty! This class consist of exercises that will tone your legs and booty.

Class: Agility Training

Let’s train like athletes as we go through various circuit trainings. Get ready to test your agility, speed, balance, mobility, coordination and more. We’ll be using equipment such as banana hurdles, cones and the agility ladder.

Thursday:

Location: West Humber Collegiate – 1675 Martin Grove Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9V 3S3

Duration: 60 minutes 

This class will provide a mashup of afrobeat, soca, hip-hop and latin music that’ll get you moving. Get a burn with this afro-caribbean  dance inspired workout.

Saturday:

Instructor: Melanie – @lionexfitness

Class: Running Club

In Person: 9:00am

Location: 155 Rowntree Mill Rd, North York, ON M9L 2K1

Equipment: Refreshments and post stretch session will be provided.

Duration: 60 minutes 

This club is set to work on their cardiovascular system all summer long. With running routed up to 5k, we’ll encourage each other to keep pushing.
